The range covers the needs of compressors, refrigeration system and vaccum oil pumps. Formulated with rust & oxidation inhibitors to prevent deposit formation in high temperature systems, anti-wear additives for long life under severe conditions. Other formulations with napthenic & ester synthetic base oils are tailored for refrigeration systems which required low pour point & high thermal stability.
ADVANCE SYNTHETIC COMPRESSOR OIL Series
United Advanced Synthetic Compressor Oil is a premium performance, synthetic compressor oil based on polyalphaolefin and ester technology. It contains a rust and oxidation inhibitor system plus anti-wear additives to provide outstanding oxidation resistance and corrosion protection. High viscosity index and low pour points of the polyalphaolefin base fluid permits application in a wider range of ambient operating temperatures than with conventional lubricants. It provides long oil life and effective lubrication in severe applications.
United Advanced Synthetic Compressor Oil is recommended for lubrication of reciprocating, rotary screw slide vane air compressors where the air delivery temperatures are greater than 150°C. But not recommended for use in breathing air compressors.
HYDRO VESTA COMPRESSOR OIL Series
United Hydro Vesta Compressor Oils are hydro-treated based fluids designed for use in air compressors and high temperature circulating systems where freedom from deposit formation is desired. It is resistant to oxidation, thereby minimizing the formation of acidic oxidation products that can lead to system corrosion and reduced oil life. The naturally high viscosity index of the base fluid provides stable viscosity characteristics and maintaining a tough fluid film, even at high operating temperatures.
